NEURODIVERSITY TRAINING

We offer a range of training aimed at improving your knowledge and management of Neurodiversity. Training sessions can be tailored to your organisation and focus on any aspect of Neurodiversity and the workplace.

• 1 hour introduction session on what Neurodiversity is including a Q&A discussion.

• Training for HR Professionals, how to best manage the Neurodiversity agenda. 

• Training for Managers, how to best manage and support Neurodiverse employees. 

• Bespoke Neurodiversity training on focused topics eg. Managing Neurodiverse employees, Understanding the Equality act, the relationship between Neurodiversity and Mental health, Neurodiverse Communication, Remote working.

WORKPLACE AUDIT

Workplaces need to be inclusive and to ignore this opens employers up to a number of issues regarding recruitment & retention, employee disputes, inequality and potential discrimination claims.

Employees diagnosed with certain Neurodiverse conditions are legally protected in the workplace and reasonable adjustments must be considered. We can help you to ensure your workplace is neurodiverse inclusive and support your workforce to embed Neurodiverse inclusive practices.

• Review of policies, procedures, working practices and environment aimed at improving neurodiversity inclusion. 

• Create a neurodiversity policy / how to work with me guide (for any existing Neurodiverse employees). 

• Support autistic employees to apply for access to work grants to cover costs of reasonable adjustments required.

COACHING

We can provide in-depth 1-1 support and guidance to your organisation.

Employee disputes or performance issues are sometimes due to undiagnosed or misdiagnosed employees who are unaware of their Neurodiversity and subsequently not receiving the right support. We can help untangle these issues and work towards solutions that are best for you and your employees.

• 1-1 coaching for managers of neurodiverse employees / neurodiverse employees themselves

• Neurodiversity Champions, providing coaching and support for specific individual(s) on how to champion Neurodiversity, support colleagues and embed neurodiversity into the D&I agenda.
